Terms

Please take the time to read this page before you use anything provided by Gloriosa! I've tried to be as specific and brief as possible in order for this organization to run smoothly, if you have any questions after reading these terms, please see the site FAQs for a list of common queries and ways to contact me.

General Rule

• Absolutely no direct-linking! If you're planning on posting these images anywhere, you must upload them to your own server or a free image host like Photobucket. If you direct-link anywhere, I will find out, and you will be contacted about it. Don't know what direct-linking is? Read about it here.

Screen Captures and Official Artwork

• All official artwork has either been collected off the web or scanned by myself (the galleries are organized by source, in this case), and all screen captures -- unless marked as "official" -- were either capped by myself (Stacey Anne), Chloe, or Gabriella especially for Gloriosa. You are also welcome to use these images in webgraphics.


• The main goal of the galleries Gloriosa has amassed is to provide people with a reference for their own creations, not to supply for someone else's collection of the same material. Therefore, if you wish to use these in a gallery at a character shrine, please don't take more than 15 of the images scanned or captured for Gloriosa for your own gallery. It's getting to the point where people are taking all images featuring Character X, which comes disturbingly close to duplicating Gloriosa's content. If you're going to do that, why not just link to Gloriosa? Or buy the original product (it's worth the money!) and take the images yourself? Please just use common sense and discretion.

Icons and Avatars

• All icons and avatars have been donated to Gloriosa by their respective artists. You are welcome to utilize them for personal use (as your forum avatar, journal icon, etc) to your heart's content, but please do not edit or re-distribute anything in these categories without the credited artist's permission.


• If you use an icon or avatar on a site such as LiveJournal, please either credit the artist or Gloriosa in the comments/keywords.

Wallpaper

• All wallpapers have been donated to Gloriosa by their respective artists. You are welcome to use these on your personal desktop, but please do not post these on your site/journal without the credited artists permission.
